State and region master franchises
Our Master Franchisees are referred to as Regional Franchisors. They drive the success of a Jim’s Division and are responsible for recruiting, training and supporting franchisees, as well as ensuring they have enough clients.
It is typical for a Regional Franchisor to operate their own conveyancing business (or businesses) in addition to supporting other franchisees. Their current industry experience allows them to be at the coal face of changes in legislation, conveyancing practices and marketing. Regional Franchisors provide an example of how to run a successful business. It is therefore important that they have managed their own firm.
We are currently in discussions with legal practitioners and licensed conveyancers, and will be rolling out Jim’s Conveyancing in each state in stages.
There are a very limited number of Regional Franchisor opportunities available and we have a thorough and stringent selection and training process. We must ensure that they are able to deliver on our number one priority – the success and well- being of our franchisees!
